There are three time zones in Argentina:
- Argentine Time (ART), UTC-3
- Argentine Summer Time (ART), UTC-2
- Chile Standard Time (CLST), UTC-3
In Argentina, clocks are generally set to Argentine Time (ART) in the winter and Argentine Summer Time (ART) in the summer, with the exception of some municipalities in the southernmost parts of the country that observe Chile Standard Time (CLST) all year round. ART is three hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-3), while ART is two hours behind UTC (UTC-2). CLST is also three hours behind UTC (UTC-3). There is no official observance of Daylight Saving Time, so the times remain unchanged throughout the year.
