Germany is divided into two primary time zones: UTC+01:00 in the north (Central European Standard Time) and UTC+02:00 in the south (Central European Summer Time). Both zones use Daylight Saving Time, so during the summer months, the northern regions follow UTC+02:00, while the southern regions follow UTC+03:00.
